We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, company name, and phone number when you create an account or contact us. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns. If you use our voice AI features, call recordings are collected only with your explicit consent and the consent of all parties on the call, in compliance with applicable wiretapping and recording laws.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our AI employee platform; to communicate with you about your account, updates, and promotional offers; to analyze usage patterns and optimize our services; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate our platform, including Supabase (database infrastructure), Retell AI (voice AI processing), SendGrid (email delivery), and Twilio (communication services). These providers are bound by data processing agreements and may only use your data to provide services on our behalf.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Upon account closure, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may opt out of marketing communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data we collect and the right to request deletion. 6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS 1.3. We use role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. SOC 2 Type II compliance is currently in progress. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
