Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NextAutomation AI Employees platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
NextAutomation provides AI-powered employees for the real estate industry, including but not limited to: automated lead qualification via voice AI, pipeline nurturing through multi-channel outreach, and transaction coordination assistance. The Service is designed to augment human real estate professionals, not replace licensed activities requiring human judgment.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. All plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for: sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam); any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity; harassing, threatening, or abusing any person; attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure; or violating any applicable laws or regulations, including real estate licensing requirements, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), or the CAN-SPAM Act.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by NextAutomation Labs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextAutomation Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
